Rome Babarian Invasion Install Problem

Ja da binsch wieder ^^

Ich wollte mal so ROme BI installn und dann meint das ding doch glatt, dass er Rome Total War nicht finden kann. SO wie kann man das jetzt am besten umgehen ? weil mit install verzeichniss auswählen ist nicht viel und ich wollte heute noch meine horedne rennen lassen

da bleibt dir nicht viel übirg außer das spiel neu zu installieren...
es sei denn du schreibst (mit kA welchem programm) die exe um und ich glaub nicht das du das kannst

Ich bin inner ausbildung zum Softwareprogrammierer ^^ also bald kann ich sowas nein das problem ist einfach ^^ hab die lösung gestern noch gefunden ^^

Also wer das selbe Problem hat hier die Lösung (Vorraussetzung Englischkentnisse)

"1) Click Start, then Run.
2) At the prompt type "REGEDIT".
3) Click the "+" next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
4) Click the "+" next to SOFTWARE.
5) If you see a folder name "The Creative Assembly" go to step 8 (you may need to alter the permissions so you can edit it though which can be done through right clicking on it).
6) Right-click on the Software folder and select New, then Key.
7) Name the new folder "The Creative Assembly" (minus the quotes).
Right-click on the "The Creative Assembly" folder and select New, then Key.
9) Name the new folder "Rome - Total War" (minus the quotes).
10 Select the Rome - Total War folder.
11) In the right window pane right-click and select New, then String Value.
12) Name the value "InstallPath" without the quotes.
13) Open the InstallPath string value by double-clicking on it.
14) In the Value data field type "C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War" (without the quotes) then click OK.
15) In the right window pane right-click and select New, then String Value.
16) Name the value "Version" without the quotes.
17) Open the Version string value by double-clicking on it.
1 In the Value data field type "1.0" (without the quotes and swap 1.0 for whatever version you've updated to or keep 1.0 if you haven't)

If completed properly you will have a key named "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War". This key will have a string value named InstallPath with a data value of "C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War" and a string value named Version with a value of 1.0.


Now BI should install normally."
