Sound geht nicht

Hallo, also ich hab neulich meinen Pc formatiert und seit dem bekomme ich keinen sound mehr .. hab schon etliches ausprobiert darunter auch der realtek treiber funktioniert alles nicht windows kommt imer am ende der installation mit der nachricht : In der Installation sind fehler aufgetretet ... könnt ihr mir bitte weiterhelfen ?
