Tastatur Code 10

das mit den laufwerken hat geklappt, dake dafür. dafür hat die tastatur jetzt nen schuß, keine ahnung, ob das mit laufwerk-prob zusammenhängt. jedenfalls funktioniert sie nicht mehr, die systemsteuerung sagt code 10. deinstallieren/installieren geht nicht, schon probiert.
jemand ne idee?

Lade Dir bei Labtec (http://www.labtec.com/index.cfm/service/listing/EUR/DE,crid=68,crid2=1762) den Treiber keyboard_desktop_v5.1.exe herunter und installiere ihn.

Versuche es mal so:

Deinstalliere den Tastaturtreiber und installiere ihn erst wieder nach einem Neustart.

Schon möglich. Code 10 bedeutet:

Code 10

This device is either not present, not working properly, or does not have all the drivers installed.

Es trat ein Fehler beim Starten des Gerätes auf. Entweder fehlt es oder arbeitet nicht korrekt.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät korrekt an den Computer angeschlossen ist. Überprüfen Sie z.B. die Kabel. Handelt es sich um ein internes Gerät, stellen Sie sicher, dass es fest im Steckplatz sitzt. Probieren Sie gegebenenfalls einen anderen Steckplatz aus.

Um die Chipsatztreiber zu installieren müssten wir wissen welches Motherboard Du verwendest. Wenn Du noch die Motherboard-CD besitzt, dann verwende die Treiber dieser CD.

Das ist doch ein PS/2 Keyboard oder? Dafür benötigst Du keinen Treiber....zumindest nicht für die einfache Funktion der Tastatur.

Steckt der Stecker der Tastatur möglicherweise in der Buchse für die Maus?

ja, ist ein ps/2. stecker steckt auch richtig. ich vermute, daß ding hat einfach nen schuß.

kannst du es denn im bios benutzen?

In das Bios komme ich gar nicht, da ich ja keine Taste drücken kann. ;-)

Und 'ne zweite Tastatur habe ich leider nicht.

dann hat die tastatur wohl einen schuss. PS/2 muss ohne treiber und vorallem schon im Bios bzw. vorher funktionieren.

wäre vielleicht noch mal gut die an einem anderen PC zu testen um auszuschließen, dass der PS/2 Port am Mainboard nicht defekt ist. aber wenn du eine neue mit USB kaufst dürfte auch das egal sein...

jetzt weiß ich bald wirklich nicht mehr weiter: hab mir jetzt ne neue tastatur gekauft: das alte problem.

die gleiche.
meine einzige möglichkeit is jetzt wohl, mir ein anderes modell zu besorgen, mt usb-anschluß z.b., und es nochmal zu versuchen.
