Visual Studio .NET 2003 lässt sich nicht installieren

Hallo,
ich habe mir Visual Studio .NET 2003 gekauft und immer wenn ich es installieren will und bei Schritt 1 bin dann kommt dieses Fenster:

Setup has detected that another program requires the computer to reboot. You must reboot the computer before installing Visual Studio .NET Prerequisites. Once the system reboots, you need to restart setup. Click OK to reboot. Click Cancel to exit setup and install later.

Und das ist ein echtes Problem für mich, da ich damit arbeiten muss. Kann mir bitte jemand dabei helfen, was ich machen muss, damit es sich installieren lässt. Ich wär euch so dankbar.
